1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Troywear website and any enquiry you submit. By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply and are valid for the period stated. Final pricing is confirmed on a proforma invoice once product specifications, quantities and materials are agreed.

3. Samples & approvals

Pre-production samples are produced for your approval. Bulk production begins only after you approve the sample and specification. Approved samples define the quality standard for your order.

4. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed against a proforma invoice. Standard terms require a deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Production & delivery times

Lead times are estimates and may vary with order complexity, quantity and material availability. We communicate any changes promptly. Shipping times depend on the chosen freight method and destination.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any designs, artwork and trademarks you supply, and confirm you have the right to use them. We keep your designs confidential and do not reuse them for other clients.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Specific order terms may be agreed separately in your contract.
