Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style and colour. For startups testing the market we can be flexible on selected products, talk to us about your launch plan and we'll find a workable starting point.

Do you work with startups and new brands?

Absolutely. A large share of our clients are launching their first line. We guide you through tech packs, fabric selection, sampling and packaging so you get a retail-ready product without needing prior manufacturing experience.

How long does sampling and production take?

Samples are typically ready in 7-14 days. Bulk production runs 15-30 days depending on the product, quantity and customisation. We confirm exact timelines on your quote before you commit.

Which countries do you ship to?

Accepted Answer

We ship worldwide, with established lanes to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Middle East. Air, sea and express courier options are available on DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, we deliver to your named warehouse door, and you handle import customs clearance, duties and local taxes.

Can I use my own designs, labels and branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that's the core of our OEM and private-label service. Send your artwork, logos, Pantone colours, woven or printed labels, hang tags and packaging specs, and we produce entirely under your brand.

What customization and printing options do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Sublimation, DTF, screen printing, heat transfer, silicone and 3D puff printing, plus computerised embroidery, appliqué, woven patches and custom washes. We also handle private labels, hang tags and branded packaging.

How do I request a quote?

Accepted Answer

Use our multi-step quote form or message us on WhatsApp. Share your product, quantity, fabric, printing needs, target country and deadline, you'll receive a detailed quotation, usually within one business day.

Do you provide fabric and colour samples?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can send fabric swatches and colour cards, and produce pre-production samples so you approve exactly what goes into bulk before we begin.

What payment terms and methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Standard terms are a deposit to begin production with balance before shipment. We accept bank/wire transfer and other agreed methods. Terms are confirmed in writing on your proforma invoice.

How do you ensure quality and consistency?

Accepted Answer

Every order passes AQL 2.5 inspection covering measurements, stitching, print alignment and colour fastness. Because cutting, stitching, printing and embroidery are all in-house, quality is controlled at every stage rather than outsourced.
