Cutting, stitching, printing and embroidery all happen under one roof, no outsourcing, no quality drift between stages.
Tech Pack & Sampling
Send us a sketch, reference or full tech pack. Our pattern team drafts and sews a sample within 7-14 days for your approval.
Fabric & Colour
Approve fabrics, GSM, Pantone colours and trims from our sourcing library, or supply your own bill of materials.
Grading & Marking
Approved samples are digitally graded across your size run and marker-optimised to minimise fabric waste.
Cutting & Stitching
Bulk fabric is spread, laser-guided cut and moved to specialised stitching lines with in-line quality checks.
Printing & Embroidery
Sublimation, DTF, screen print, silicone and embroidery are applied in-house for full control and consistency.
Quality Inspection
Every batch is AQL 2.5 inspected, measurements, stitching, print alignment and colour fastness.
Labelling & Packing
Private-label tags, hang tags, polybags and custom cartons, packed exactly to your retail spec.
Global Shipping
Door-to-door by air, sea or courier with DAP delivery and full tracking to 40+ countries.
